第一步：准备好本人护照、外籍商友卡。外籍商友卡向当地派出所申请办理。

First step：please prepare passport and Foreign Citizen Card. Apply Foreign Citizen Card to Local Police Station.

第二步：本人持护照、商友卡向商务部门申请办理境外采购商备案，获得《市场采购贸易境外采购商备案表》。

Second step: please take passport & Foreign Citizen Card in person to International Trade Service Centre apply for the record-”Registration Form of Overseas Agent for The Market Procurement Trade ”.

第三步：本人到银行网点现场申请开立境外采购商个人外汇结算账户。具体咨询我司工作人员。
